1) About AI Social Booster

AI Social Booster (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides social media marketing and automation tools (the “Services”) via aisocialbooster.com and related interfaces (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account.

3) Acceptable Use

Don’t use the Services to break laws, infringe rights, abuse platforms, spam, or publish illegal/unsafe content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4) Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Monnify, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, etc.).
Prices and fees may change. Taxes are your responsibility.
Refunds: delivered services are non-refundable. We credit undelivered or partial amounts to wallet balance per our order policies.

5) Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delivery ETAs are estimates. Platform/API changes by social networks may affect outcomes.

6) Intellectual Property

All Platform content, code, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8) Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms/Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

9) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, how we share it, and your choices.

10) Data We Collect

Account data: name, username, email, password (hashed), phone, country, referral code, settings.
Transaction & billing: order history, wallet balance, payment references, amounts, currency, gateway response, invoices.
Usage & logs: device/OS/browser, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, API calls, error logs.
Support data: tickets, attachments, chat messages, comments.
OAuth data (Google Sign-In): basic profile data (name, email, Google user ID) strictly for authentication and account setup.
Content you submit: links/IDs needed to deliver services (e.g., public profile or post URLs).
Cookies & local storage: session, security, preference, and analytics cookies.

11) What We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs, health, biometric, precise geolocation) and we do not store your payment card numbers on our servers.

12) How We Use Data

Authenticate accounts and provide the Services.
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Fulfill orders and deliver refills or partial credits when applicable.
Operate the site, debug, and improve performance.
Send transactional emails (receipts, order status, password reset, verification).
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

13) Legal Bases (where applicable)

Contract: to provide the Services you request.
Legitimate interests: security, anti-fraud, service improvement.
Consent: where required (e.g., some marketing or analytics).
Legal obligation: record-keeping and compliance.

14) Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. We share only as needed to operate the Services:

Payment processors: Monnify, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce (to process payments and verify transactions).
Email/SMS providers: to send verification, reset, and notifications (e.g., SMTP/Gmail).
Infrastructure & analytics: hosting, CDN, logging, error tracking.
Service fulfillment partners/APIs: when needed to deliver an order you placed.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.

15) Google User Data & Limited Use

When you sign in with Google, we access your name, email, and Google user ID for login/account creation only. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except to provide/secure the login, comply with law, or with your consent. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Deleting your AI Social Booster account (see Section 20) removes Google-linked data from our systems subject to legal/financial retention duties.

16) Data Storage, Location & Retention

We store data on secure servers with reputable providers (data may be processed in or outside your country).
Account & order records: kept while your account is active and as required for audits, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Payment metadata: retained per financial laws and gateway rules.
Logs: typically 30–180 days unless needed longer for security or investigations.
When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data.

17) Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords, monitoring). No method is 100% secure. Report issues to security@aisocialbooster.com.

18) Your Rights & Choices

Access, correct, or delete your data (subject to legal exceptions).
Export your data where applicable.
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
Opt out of non-essential emails.
Revoke Google access: Google permissions.

Requests: email privacy@aisocialbooster.com from your registered address.

19) Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

20) Account Deletion

You can request deletion in your profile (if available) or by emailing privacy@aisocialbooster.com. We will remove personal data not required to be retained by law (e.g., financial records).

21) International Transfers

Data may be transferred to countries with different data-protection laws. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

22) Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and functional/analytics cookies to improve the Platform. You can control cookies via your browser; blocking some cookies may affect functionality.
